ARUSi integrates Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles into its operations by promoting safer roads, professional rider and driver training, rider welfare, and responsible partnerships.
Environmental
ARUSi recognises the role of efficient and safe vehicle use in reducing emissions and environmental impact. Our environmental activities include:
- Promoting efficient driving and riding techniques
- Raising awareness of vehicle maintenance and emissions
- Reducing paper-based administration where practical
- Supporting cleaner transport options where they fit the Kenyan operating context
Social
ARUSi's social mission is to improve road safety and create economic opportunities through professional training. Our social priorities include:
- Providing inclusive access to professional rider and driver training
- Delivering first aid, customer service and rider welfare content
- Supporting women, youth and underserved communities through training partnerships
- Raising road safety awareness in schools and communities
- Ensuring a safe and respectful working environment for our team
