1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Advanced Road Users Safety Institute Ltd ("ARUSi", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

ARUSi provides road safety and driver/rider training services in Kenya. Our activities include NTSA-accredited driver and motorcycle-rider training, the Bodaa Program, corporate and fleet training, and sponsored road safety programs. The specific content, duration and pricing of each program will be confirmed at enrolment or in a partnership agreement.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To enrol in our training programs, you must meet the minimum age and documentation requirements set by Kenyan law and by ARUSi for the specific program. Registration is only confirmed once the required information and any applicable fees have been received and accepted.

4. Payment and Refunds

Fees, payment methods and refund terms for each program will be provided at the time of registration or in a written agreement. Please contact ARUSi for the current fee schedule and refund policy.

5. Training Policies

Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions, follow instructor guidance, and comply with safety and conduct rules. ARUSi reserves the right to refuse or terminate training for students who breach safety rules or these terms. Attendance and certification requirements for each program will be provided at enrolment.

6. Certification

Certification is awarded only to learners who meet the completion and assessment requirements of the specific program. Where training prepares learners for a government test or licence, the issue of the licence or final certificate is the responsibility of the relevant authority.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and training materials, is the property of ARUSi or its licensors and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARUSi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARUSi, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
